I just found out that in the previous post regarding CASI level 3 riding standards the video is no longer available,
so decided to upload it with a little bit of account.
There used to be a park portion in CASI level 3 test, but not any more..
Instead you should take and pass the Park level 1
where you get to learn how to teach freestyle terrain park snowboarding.
It seems like a great refinement to me because in the field
instructors get lots of demands to teach basic park riding all the time,
so this park level 1 course can contribute to cultivating well-equipped high level instructors
who can actually respond to the demands.
Plus you should be able to demonstrate good level of medium radius turns on both directions,
which can be a good asset when teaching different types of riders with next level objectives.
I have my CASI level 3 completed back in 2016,
and confidently demo the level of riding in the video.
